About this course

The program is structured to be offered to managers who wish to develop their managerial skills, specifically to balance their management and leadership qualities in work context. This modular program is offered as stand-alone units for which managers can enroll as per personal developmental needs or otherwise, for the whole programme over a period of thirty six months and participants are required to develop an integrated assignment based on the knowledge gained from each learning programme as well as demonstrate how it will be applied in the organization. An outline of the contents of the program is summarized on the next pages.
